This is a very helpful guide. I especially like the strategy of deleting the app after every use. Of course, I decided that despite my love for Insta, my issues with the platform were strong enough to warrant deleting it entirely (the reasons were Insta's time sucking nature, the promotion of envy, and the promotion of lust (I go into further detail in a post I wrote: https://medium.com/the-post-grad-survival-guide/the-case-against-instagram-b2b12558546d)
